AI Builders complement on the AI side: they generate products with AI-native workflows, analyze data, build automated processes, and know the AI tooling inside out.

Most engagements start with Product Builders. AI Builders come in when you need AI applied with precision, for automation, data utilization, or faster product generation.

Strategic sparring from relevant Network Partners is included: they join key reviews, contribute async input in Slack, sanity-check direction changes. Bounded: up to 2 hours per partner per 4 weeks.

What's not included is hands-on building time from partners. If a project needs a Partner to commit multi-day or multi-week building work, we scope that separately at €4,500/week per partner.

We start in 1–2 weeks, not 3+ months. Billed bi-weekly, stop when value stops: no overhead, no equity, no severance, no open-ended contract.

Ideal for teams that need senior capacity now, but aren't sure they need it permanently, or who want to move fast before their next funding round.

Remote by default: daily Slack/Teams, weekly reviews, async-first communication. We're highly responsive during European working hours, with flexibility for US/East Coast overlap.

For strategic moments (kickoff workshops, design language sessions, key product reviews), we travel to you. Anywhere in Europe within 72 hours, anywhere else within a week.

Everything is yours. Design files, design system, documentation, code. There's a 30-day Slack channel for follow-up questions. That's it.
