About the Masterclass
A practical & results-driven UX/UI Masterclass sparkled with theory nuggets & anecdotes.
What drives us
We want to make the digital World a better place.
As much as we love digital products - often the experience is not the best.
Did you know that still a common ratio between designers and developers is 1 designer to 20 developers? And 1 researcher to 5 designers and 50 developers.
With this reality-proven Masterclass, we want to empower the careers of today’s practitioners & future design leaders to enlighten their way to become excellent and work with impact.
What our students master
1 Masterclass, 3 goals
Apply techniques of Apple’s UX/UI design process & IBM’s UX/UI Enterprise design thinking framework
Practice to align, orchestrate & work collaboratively most effectively
Practice to present your work with impact
«If you want to teach people a new way of thinking, don't bother trying to teach them. Instead, give them a tool, the use of which will lead to new ways of thinking.»
Buckminster Fuller, visionary architect
What we teach
UX/UI Design for today’s practitioners & future design leaders
Everything we teach, we teach through the lense of practitioners with years of experience in various industries. What we have learned in our careers, we infuse into our classes to bridge theory with practical design execution.
We designed this micro Masterclass building on reality-proven, impactful techniques from design approaches of some of the most known design-driven companies.
We design our Masterclass according to our audience. We down- or upgrade according to design maturity and available time.

Our principles
No consulting slides, just a high density of hands-on experience
Co-designing in multidisciplinary teams
“A jack of all trades is a master of none, but oftentimes better than a master of one.”
We strongly believe in expertise and focus to master skills. But it’s the generalists, the jacks of all trades, who create the magic by bringing all expertises together. In today’s World, we cannot solve any slightly complex challenges on our own.
Solving a problem vs. designing a product
“A problem well put, is half solved.”
The more we understand the problem, the better we can solve it. If we understand the problem profoundly, we can focus on the areas that are the biggest pain point for the affected people. The more inspired we are to create innovative solutions.
Every deliverable has its purpose
“The beauty of design artifacts is that they enlighten our path, not that they look beautiful.”
Deliverables have their very distinct purpose in the design process and help to take informed decisions on the path to creating value and reducing uncertainty.
«Dimitri is professional, humble and inspiring in his way of educating. I had a great experience participating in this class.»

Our philosophy
We are academic practitioners - and humble design geeks.
The most sustainable way to learn is to practice - and to teach.
This is why we highly focus on keeping the lectures to a minimum of theoretical input. Just enough theory to provide a strong and pragmatic foundation to practice and flex our muscles.
We designed this micro Masterclass building on reality-proven, impactful techniques from design approaches of some of the most known design-driven companies.
